At Uhunt.tv, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our outdoor community through our subscription tiers (Free, Premium, Plus, Max) and Creator Market Program. Subscription fees, processed via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), are non-refundable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), such as for major failures (e.g., non-delivery of services) or non-supply, as defined under the ACL, or the respective app store’s policies, such as for defective services or unauthorized transactions. You may cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at any time via your app store account settings, the Uhunt app or website, or by contacting support@uhunt.tv, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For private sales between users, whether through the social feed or classifieds, Uhunt does not facilitate payments and offers no refunds or warranties; all transactions are solely between the parties involved, and users assume full responsibility for disputes or losses. You agree to indemnify Uhunt against any claims, losses, or damages arising from such transactions. For purchases from third-party retail businesses on the platform, please refer to their individual refund policies, accessible through their listings or websites, as they are responsible for handling returns or refunds in accordance with their terms and applicable laws.
