8. Account & Data Deletion

You may delete your account and data at any time via in-app settings or by contacting us at support@uhunt.tv. Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days to comply with user requests and legal obligations (e.g., fraud prevention). Backup data is purged within 90 days. Account information is retained for 10 years after the last activity unless deleted, to meet legal and tax requirements. Usage logs are retained for 1 year for analytics purposes.

9. Children’s Privacy

Uhunt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us at support@uhunt.tv, and we will delete such data.

10. Data Transfers

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

  • Your electronic or physical signature.

We will review your request promptly and may remove the content if it violates our policies or applicable laws, including the Australian Copyright Act 1968. You may also submit a counter-notice if you believe content was removed in error, following the same process. For non-copyright complaints, including issues related to misleading or deceptive conduct under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g., deceptive classifieds listings), email support@uhunt.tv with a detailed description of the issue, the content’s location, and your contact information. We will review and address such complaints promptly in accordance with our policies and applicable laws. 13. Content Ownership

Public Users

When you, as a public user, upload content to Uhunt (e.g., photos, videos, audio), you retain full ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content as necessary to operate the platform (e.g., to display your posts to other users). You are free to use your content on any other platform or for any other purpose without restriction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws, including the Australian Copyright Act 1968, and does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or contain defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful material. Uhunt is not liable for any illegal, infringing, or harmful content you post on the platform. You agree to indemnify and hold Uhunt harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your content or actions on the platform. This includes claims arising from misleading or deceptive conduct under the Australian Consumer Law related to your content. If you believe your rights have been infringed, follow the takedown request process in Section 12 or contact support@uhunt.tv. Content Creators

If you are a content creator, you may use Uhunt’s Channels and Series functions to create and distribute premium content, such as full-length episodes. Channels allow you to establish a dedicated hub for your content, while Series enable you to organize episodic content for your subscribers. Your rights and obligations regarding your content, including premium episodes, are governed by a separate agreement negotiated on a case-by-case basis. These agreements are tailored to your specific needs and define how your content may be used, distributed, or monetized on Uhunt. As part of these agreements, you are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws, including the Australian Copyright Act 1968, and does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, or contain defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful material. Uhunt is not liable for any illegal, infringing, or harmful content you post on the platform. You agree to indemnify and hold Uhunt harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your content or actions on the platform. This includes claims arising from misleading or deceptive conduct under the Australian Consumer Law related to your content, including premium episodes. If you believe your rights have been infringed, follow the takedown request process in Section 12 or contact support@uhunt.tv. 14. App Store Compliance

Uhunt complies with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines to ensure a safe and transparent user experience. This Privacy Policy is accessible within our mobile apps, linked in our app store listings, and included in App Store Connect and Google Play Console metadata. Users may report objectionable content (e.g., illegal or infringing material) via our in-app reporting feature, which is monitored and reviewed promptly in accordance with our content standards outlined in the Terms of Service. Premium content subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing, adhering to their respective payment policies. We do not collect or share personal data beyond what is disclosed in this policy, as required by Apple’s and Google’s data safety standards.
